  • Domestic orders are shipping with Fedex or Canada Post.

  • International orders are shipped with Fedex.
    Shipping to Canada costs $12 CAD. 
    We offer free shipping on Canadian orders of $185 CAD and over.

  • USA:
    Shipping to the U.S. (Non-contiguous states included) costs $16 CAD.
    We offer free shipping on all US orders of $185 CAD and over.
    Shipping to the following countries costs $30 CAD : 

    France, Spain, Germany, United Kingdom, Denmark, Portugal, Luxembourg, Finland, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy, Hungary, Malta, Switzerland, Greece, Austria, Norway, Poland, Sweden, Czechia, Greenland, Ireland, Monaco. 

    Shipping to Japan, Thailand and South Korea costs $35 CAD.
    We offer free shipping on Japanese orders of $300 CAD and over.

    Shipping to Australia, New Zealand and Vietnam costs $42 CAD.

  • For other countries, please view the shipping rates calculator located on the Cart page before you proceed to the Check out. 

  • International orders are subject to duty and custom fees. We are not responsible for these charges. The free shipping on orders over $185 CAD does not cover duty and/or custom fees.
  • Please make sure you supply us with a full and correct shipping address, including your apartment number.

  • We don't ship to PO boxes.
  • In the event of an unsuccessful delivery due to an incomplete address, please note that additional shipping fees may apply for the reshipping of your order.

  • You will get an email confirmation when your payment has been received, and another email with your tracking number when your order has been packed.

  • Please allow up to 2 days for the activation of your tracking number. 

  • Once your tracking number is active, the approximate time of transit is:

    Canada:  2-3 business days.
    USA: 3-4 business days.
    International: 4-5 business days.
  • Payments are made through Paypal or by Credit Card through Shopify Payments.

  • Please note that your bank may apply currency conversion fees.

  • Please note that if your order is being shipped to an address differing from the credit card’s Billing Address, we might request a picture of your ID or credit card matching the billing address.
  • All Dime products are returnable for an Online Store Credit with the exception of Caps, Shoes, Socks and Underwear.

  • All products from brand collaborations are final sale, no returns or exchanges available.

  • All products from the Online Skateshop are final sale, no returns or exchanges available.

  • Product(s) purchased online cannot be returned in store. Please follow the Return Instructions below.

  • Product(s) purchased at our Flagship Store have to be returned in store. Please follow the instructions on your store receipt.

  • If you received the wrong product and/or a defective product, please contact us at
  • You have 5 days after receiving your order to contact us at to present your issue for a return authorization to be approved.

  • When a return is authorized, you’ll have 5 days to provide us with your package’s tracking number.

  • Make sure to include the Return Authorization form provided by our customer service in your package. We need it to sort and process your return.

  • After your return is processed and approved, you can anticipate 5 business days to receive your Online Store Credit.

  • Dime cannot refund the original shipping fees.

  • Dime is not responsible for the return shipping costs and/or custom charges.

  • Dime is not responsible for damaged or lost items in return transit.

  • All returned items must be in original, resellable condition. (unworn, unwashed, tags intact and include original bag)
